shud update bout yest..yest was on guard duty..pitiful way to spend my weekend in camp..haiz..all seems to be like a normal day fer me wen arnd 6 plus pm an officer caught 2 of my guards personnel smoking in e srb toilet..
was quite shocked to hear it cux smoking at e srb toilet was e least safest place to smoke..dunno y my guards so dumb enuf to go n smoke dere..in e end gt caught by an officer summore..e officer gave me both of their 11b..and as a guard commander it is my wish wether to press charge to them..since they r 2nd timer e punishment ey will received is 3-5 days in detention barrack..nobody wants to got dere..both of dem pleaded wif me nt to press charges against dem..bt i was soo put in dilemma..i oreadi gave dem e green lite to smoke bt dun ever get caught..if ur caught by an officer i haf to charge u..datx wad i olways remind dem..
pikiran sak aku satu hari tuh..kalau aku tk charge..later on monday if e rsm ask me wether e 2 guys r charge or nt..wad will i say..i haf to save my butt n oso their butt..was thinking n thinking e whole day..looking at their pitiful face make me even harder to charge dem..bt e good thing is dat all of my guards does not blame me if i had to charge dem..all of dem understand my situation n dcided nt to hold any grudge against me..
in e end i dcide to not to charge both of dem..bt i dunno wether their platoon comander will do to dem..most to most ey will sign extra..better den spend ur days inside detention barrack..actually i dun haf e heart to send dem to dB..i dun wan their recruit life to b spend inside e cell..i jux wan dem to enjoi to e fullest of their recruit life..
dunno on tuesday wen i come back(monday im on leave..=) ) e rsm will bring up e matter or nt..i could b charge fer failure to comply order from e officer hu caught dem..charge charge urh..aku tk heran urh..if ey ask y i never press any charge against both of dem..i will tell dem straight at their face..all of de guards personnel dat do their guard duty wif me r my resposibility..n as a guard commander i am e one dat will ensure their safetyness n wellness wen doin e guard duty..morever i believe in giving people a second chance..chance fer dem to relize their mistake n never do it again..
yest nite i planned wit 2 of my guard to go prowling wif dem..jalan2 tepi kubur arnd 2 am..in e end i fell asleep..lol..besok nyer aku tanye dorg..asal tk kejotkn aku..dorg ckp dorg kejotkn mcm nk rak pon aku tk bgn2..lol..pe tk nyer e whole night we spend in e cctv room sharing ghost stories..hahakz..
